Curtains can really transform a room.  Whether you go for a bold statement fabric or a calming neutral, curtains add softness, warmth and texture to your home.

 

Curtains from The Sparrows’ Nest are all hand sewn with the best quality lining and interlining; this blanket-like material adds weight to the curtains giving a luxurious finish to your chosen fabric with the added benefit of insulation.  The option of blackout lining is also there and trims can be added if desired.  The curtains are all weighted and made with mitred corners.

 

There are a variety of headings to choose for your curtains; different styles suit different rooms and fabrics so this is always something to consider and I am very happy to go through the options with you. Hand pleated headings give a really elegant finish, the curtains can be dressed in to their pleats and stack back neatly from the window to allow as much natural light in as possible.

Finding the right track or pole is as important as finding the right fabric.  It must be a sufficient strength and quality to take the weight of your curtains and to function smoothly on a daily basis.  We work with various high quality suppliers to offer you the perfect solution for any space and can organise an experienced professional fitter to install them in your home.
